General Conditions of Service (GCS)

These General Conditions of Service (GCS) govern the relationship between Entretien A&P, located at www.entretienap@outlook.com">www.entretienap@outlook.com, and its clients in the context of the following services:

  • Window washing

  • Gutter emptying

  • Installation of solar films

  • Window restoration

  • Housekeeping

  • High pressure washing

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Carpet cleaning

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering and booking services

1.1. Service Request

  • All services must be requested by telephone, email or via our website.

  • Written confirmation will be sent after validation of the reservation.

1.2. Quotation and payment

  • A detailed quote will be provided before any intervention.

  • Prices shown are in [local currency] and may include additional fees depending on the specifics of the service.

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed terms (cash, transfer, bank card, etc.).

1.3. Modification or cancellation

  • Any appointment changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellation may incur a fee, except in cases of force majeure.

2. Services and commitments of Entretien A&P

2.1. Window cleaning & glass restoration

  • Our technicians use professional equipment to ensure optimal cleaning.

  • We are not responsible for windows damaged before our intervention.

2.2. Emptying the gutters

  • We remove debris and obstructions to ensure proper water flow.

  • A report can be provided if any damage is detected in the gutter.

2.3. Installation of solar films

  • Our solar films improve protection against UV and heat.

  • We are not responsible for variations in performance due to weather conditions or improper maintenance.

2.4. Housekeeping

  • Our cleaning services are tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

  • Any fragile or valuable item must be reported before the intervention.

2.5. High pressure washing

  • This service is ideal for exterior surfaces (asphalt, facades, terraces).

  • We cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of already weakened surfaces.

2.6. Post-construction cleaning

  • This service includes the removal of dust, residue and other post-work dirt.

  • We do not undertake the removal of bulky rubble.

2.7. Carpet Cleaning

  • Our techniques remove stains and allergens without damaging the fibers.

  • Some types of very old stains may not disappear completely.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer agrees to provide secure access to the areas to be cleaned.

  • He must report any particular problems (fragile glass, delicate carpet, damaged installation, etc.).

  • Valuables must be removed before our intervention.

  • 4.1. Quality of services

  • We guarantee professional and careful work.

  • If the customer is not satisfied, he can contact us within 48 hours for a possible free alteration.

  • 4.2. Damages and liability

  • We take the utmost care, but in case of damage caused by our team, the customer must report it immediately.

  • Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our intervention.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • 5.1. Payment terms

  • Payment must be made at the end of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges may apply for exceptional services requested on-site.

  • 5.2. Late payments

  • Any late payment may result in penalties according to the legal conditions in force.

6. Cancellation and refund

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged.

  • No refunds will be given after the service has been completed.

  • If we have to cancel an appointment for reasons beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduling or refund.

7. Force majeure

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events: bad weather, natural disasters, technical breakdowns, etc.

8. Protection of personal data

  • We collect and use your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • No personal information will be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. Applicable law and disputes

  • These general conditions are governed by the laws in force in Canada, Quebec.

  • In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Montreal, Canada will be seized.
